It is designed for emergency points, public assistance, lifts, industrial plants, hospitals, offices and other locations that need telephone communication and access control.
Chapter 2
Features
Analog communication
Connection to telephone line or PBX extension.
Smart hands-free
Half-duplex communication, with audio in only one direction at a time.
Access control
Two independent relays with voltage-free contacts for doors, lights or external circuits.
Button or keypad
Depending on the model, it allows you to use one or two buttons, numeric keypad, dial memories or manual dialing.
Telephone programming
Parameters are configured using codes sent from a remote phone during a call.
Remote opening
The relays can be activated from the equipment or by DTMF codes from the remote extension.

Chapter 3
Installation and connection
Install the equipment according to the model purchased. For surface models, first secure the back cover to the wall with the appropriate anchors and screws.
- Measure and mark the position of the holes.
- Drill the holes and insert suitable wall plugs for the mounting bracket.
- Attach the rear cover or support.
- Disconnect the power supply before wiring the device.
- Attach the front panel and check operation.
3.1 Connections
The board has connections for telephone line, power, speaker, microphone, keypad, buttons and relays. Use the schematic on the board to identify each point before connecting.
3.2 Connectors and function
| Connector | Function |
|---|---|
| Relay 1 | Relay 1 contacts, NO or NC depending on the jumpers. |
| Relay 2 | Relay 2 contacts, NO or NC depending on the jumpers. |
| Line | Telephone line or PBX extension. |
| Keypad | Keypad connection, when the model includes it. |
| Button 1 / 2 | Connection of available buttons. |
| Audio | High impedance speaker, microphone and AUDIO OUT output. |
| Power | 12V AC/DC power supply. |
3.3 Relay jumpers
JP5 and JP6 select the working mode of the relays. Configure each jumper as normally closed (NC) or normally open (NO) depending on the lock or circuit you are going to control.
3.4 Installing a lock
- Check the position of the corresponding jumper.
- Connect one wire from the lock to the relay 1 contact.
- Connect the other cable to external power.
- Close the circuit by bringing the external power to the other terminal.
3.5 Speaker and microphone setting
Set the microphone volume to minimum, make a call, and adjust the speaker with the SPK potentiometer. Then adjust the microphone with the MIC potentiometer until you obtain a suitable level. AUDIO OUT is a high impedance output for connecting audio to an amplifier.
3.6 LED operation
| LED | Indication |
|---|---|
| Power | Indicates that the device is receiving power. |
| Tone Detection | Blinks when detecting tones on the line. |
| Line | Remains on while the call is answered or off-hook. |
Chapter 4
Operation
4.1 Placing calls
On single-button models, pre-program the destination number. Press CALL to place the configured call.
4.2 Keypad dialing
On models with a keypad, enter the destination number and press CALL. If there is no memory associated with the key, the device works like a conventional telephone.
4.3 Reception and completion
Incoming calls are answered automatically. A communication can be terminated by dialing * on the intercom, dialing # from the remote extension, upon reaching the maximum programmed time or by detecting the busy tone.
4.4 Relay activation
In timed mode, 8 activates relay 1 and 5 activates relay 2. In manual mode, 8/6 activate and deactivate relay 1, and 5/4 activate and deactivate relay 2.
Chapter 5
Tone Detection
5.1 Busy tone
To correctly detect the busy tone, the cadence must be as symmetrical as possible and appropriate to the switchboard or line where it is installed. Frequency and level are usually not the main problem; The symmetry between cycles and the cadence are decisive.
If the configured range is too wide, a different signal may be mistaken for a busy tone and end the call prematurely.
5.2 DTMF Tones
Some switchboards generate DTMF tones with an insufficient level for detection. In that case, adjust the sensitivity using the PR3 potentiometer on the board.
Chapter 6
Programming
6.1 Entering and exiting programming mode
- Call the device and wait for it to respond.
- Dial *90 and listen for three acceptance tones.
- Enter the codes from the parameter table.
- To exit, dial again *90 and wait for confirmation tones.
Important. If you do not hear acceptance tones or there is a lot of noise, adjust the audio potentiometers before continuing.
6.2 Example
To program destination 210 on button 1: call the device, dial *90, wait for confirmation, dial *40 0 210 # and dial again *90 to exit.

Frequently Asked Questions
The device does not make calls. What should I check?
Check the power, line or PBX connection, the programmed destination and that the button used has an associated memory.
The call ends too early. Why?
Review busy tone detection, symmetry, and line cadence. Also check the maximum talk time set.
Audio is low or noisy. What can I do?
Adjust the SPK and MIC potentiometers during a call. If DTMF tones are not detected, also check the PR3 sensitivity.
How do I open a door from the extension?
Depends on the configured relay mode. In timed mode, press 8 for relay 1 and 5 for relay 2; in manual mode, use the 8/6 and 5/4 key pairs.
What happens when restoring factory settings?
Code *91 resets all parameters. Before running it, keep the programming values sheet.
